To stop receiving notifications by email (Join the English forum : here)
1) On your wall -> Account -> 2) Privacy settings -> Notifications -> (changes) -> Save.

1) On your profil's wall, click en "Account"
2) In Account setting widows's, click on "Privacy settings"
3)Click then on "Notifications"
4) Click on each notif you want not to receive :
5) Save
